German-speaking Customer Service Representative.


You will join a growing team at our Headquarters in Malta. If you are currently located outside of Malta, we will relocate you and make Malta your second home.

Training and relocation package will be provided.

A typical day is:
• Communicating with our customers by phone, email and chat
• Interacting with various departments to solve customer problems
• Good information to online users on our website
• Tracking transactions on customers' accounts
• Highest quality support Support with translations and temporary tasks

What we are looking for:
• A friendly and polite approach, able to offer excellent customer service
• Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and written skills in the German • Experience working in Customer Service is an advantage
